I consider psychotherapy a collaborative process where we can together explore and better understand the sources of distress, identify effective coping mechanisms as well as deepen the understanding of barriers to positive change. I take a psychodynamic approach to therapy, at the same time I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as needed.
